# EstiBot

EstiBot is an automated domain appraisal tool that gives an estimated value for a domain name. Investors and buyers use it as a quick first check, not as a final price.

## Why it matters

EstiBot looks at length, keywords, extension, and other signals to produce a number. EstiBot says it is quite accurate on average but that individual appraisals can vary. Brokers use it as one data point beside comparable sales. A seller should never set a price from a tool alone, since a tool cannot see the specific buyer.
