Distribution network

A distribution network, also called syndication, shows one domain listing across many sales sites at once. A seller lists the name in one place and partners display it to their buyers.

Why it matters

Syndication widens the buyer pool without extra work. Afternic's network passes listings to registrar partners, so a customer searching at a registrar may see your name. Sellers should check which partners are included and what commission applies. The same name can sit in several networks, so keep prices the same to avoid confusion. Common mistake: listing a name in two networks with different prices or lander terms. If one sells, the other listing must be removed fast, or a buyer may pay for a name you cannot deliver.
